Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and final selection.2. Prepare offer letters, conduct onboarding and maintain employee documents. 3. Maintain accurate attendance, leave records and prepare monthly payroll inputs. 4. Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and employee payouts. 5. Manage ESI, PF and PT registrations, monthly challans and timely payments. 6. Handle employee additions, deletions and KYC updates on EPFO/ESIC portals. 7. Prepare and submit statutory returns (ESI, PF, PT) as per compliance deadlines. 8. Maintain HRMS, Excel records and employee files. 9. Address employee queries and grievances, maintain healthy workplace communication. 10. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations. 11. Conduct employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives. 12. Support performance appraisals and maintain evaluation data. 13. Prepare monthly HR MIS reports for management review. 14. Develop, update and implement HR policies and SOPs. 15. Independently manage overall HR operations and support strategic HR planning.
