Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR
functions--covering workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management,
compliance, and employee engagement. This role will shape and execute people strategies
that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:? Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment to exit.
? Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
? Manage performance reviews and goal-setting cycles.
? Ensure statutory compliance, payroll accuracy, and HR reporting.
? Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
KPIs:
? ? 95% recruitment closure rate (?30 days time-to-hire)
? Training hours ? 20 per employee/year
? 100% appraisal completion on schedule
? Zero payroll errors & full compliance
? Annual attrition ? 5%
Requirements:
? MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
? 8-12 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setup.
? Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
? Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
