Job Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and structured Human Resources Executive to strengthen the HR framework and ensure smooth people operations across our PAN India workforce. The role involves policy restructuring, compliance management, attendance systems implementation, and fostering a disciplined, transparent, and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities



Policy Review & HR Framework



Review, update, and implement existing HR policies and SOPs. Develop new policies aligned with labor regulations and organizational objectives. Communicate policies clearly across all levels and ensure strict adherence.

Discipline & Compliance



Establish and reinforce a culture of punctuality, professionalism, and accountability. Manage disciplinary actions with proper documentation and compliance reporting. Conduct periodic audits on workplace conduct, attendance, and ethical standards.

Attendance & Identification Systems



Design and implement biometric, ID card, and attendance tracking systems. Ensure accurate attendance records and reconciliation with payroll cycles. Monitor absenteeism trends and recommend corrective measures.

Employee Management (PAN India)



Act as the central HR coordination point for multiple office/plant locations. Maintain updated employee records, HRMS databases, and personnel files. Ensure consistent HR processes across all branches and teams.

Recruitment & Onboarding



Support end-to-end hiring activities: sourcing, screening, offer letters, and onboarding. Maintain structured documentation such as contracts, joining forms, and ID issuance.

Performance, Culture & Engagement



Assist managers in defining KRAs/KPIs and tracking performance objectives. Drive internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Work towards building a positive, motivated, and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations (preference for manufacturing/industrial setups). Strong understanding of HR policy frameworks, labor regulations, and compliance norms. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS platforms, and attendance management systems. Excellent communication, conflict handling, and people management skills. Capability to independently manage multi-location HR operations.
