Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management. Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement. Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.). Draft, implement, and update HR policies and standard operating procedures. Conduct employee orientation, induction, and training programs. Manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, and maintain confidential HR documentation. Assist management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and disciplinary proceedings when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR (experience in healthcare/hospital sector preferred). Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ?17,503.12 - ?50,000.00 per month
