to lead all aspects of Human Resources at Edutainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong people-centric culture, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's rapid growth.
You will play a vital role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting all departments, and maintaining an efficient, motivated, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Plan and execute the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create and manage job descriptions, postings, and recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Manage orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Plan employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Conduct regular one-on-one and feedback sessions with employees.
Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution professionally.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRMS data.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, etc.).
Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and compliance documentation.
Handle performance appraisal cycles and maintain structured review processes.
4. Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and plan training or upskilling initiatives for teams.
Support internal knowledge-sharing and mentor junior staff where necessary.
5. Performance Management
Drive goal-setting, KRAs, and KPI tracking across departments.
Collaborate with leadership to create fair evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management
.
3-5 years of experience
in HR management, preferably in an EdTech or IT-based organization.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll management.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
