The Human Resources Manager oversees and manages all HR functions within the organization. This includes recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and strategic HR planning. The HR Manager works closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and ensures a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, concerns, and grievances.
Promote a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution when necessary.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Design and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Training & Development:
Coordinate employee training programs to improve skills, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Identify learning and development needs and promote career development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage the administration of compensation structures, benefits plans, and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure company policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, training completion, etc.).
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's business objectives.
Advise management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on management or leadership roles.
Experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
