Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Operations
Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes aligned with the company's goals.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and build hiring plans.
Build and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. Performance Management & Development
Implement performance review systems and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training and upskilling needs; coordinate learning and development programs.
Promote a performance-driven and transparent work culture.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Foster open communication, inclusivity, and positive work culture.
Act as a trusted advisor and conflict resolver for employees and managers.
5. Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
Manage HRMS tools, policies, and data integrity.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle -- from onboarding to exit.
Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and performance metrics.
