We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Facilitate structured onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (Zoho).
Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and feedback sessions.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate monthly and annual performance reviews.
Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Track and document performance appraisal data.
5. Policy & Compliance
Draft, update, and circulate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company rules, POSH policy, and code of conduct.
Manage disciplinary actions and maintain confidentiality.
6. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize workshops or training sessions.
Support professional development and upskilling initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in HR management (preferably in the events, media, or marketing industry).
Strong knowledge of HR software (Zoho People preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
