Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of Human Resources management. The ideal candidate will handle the

entire HR process

, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, payroll, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

full recruitment cycle

-- from job posting and shortlisting to interviewing, onboarding, and induction. Develop and implement

HR policies, procedures, and systems

in alignment with company goals. Handle

employee relations

, grievance management, and conflict resolution. Administer

payroll, attendance, and leave management systems

accurately. Oversee

training and development programs

to enhance employee skills and performance. Conduct

performance appraisals

and ensure a transparent feedback system. Manage

HR documentation

, personnel files, and compliance with labor laws. Implement and monitor

employee engagement

and retention initiatives. Handle

exit formalities

-- including resignation, clearance, and full & final settlement. Collaborate with management for

strategic HR planning

and workforce development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an

HR Manager or HR Generalist

handling end-to-end HR operations. Strong knowledge of

labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and leadership

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS systems)

. Strong

organizational and problem-solving

abilities. Ability to

maintain confidentiality

and handle sensitive information.
