We are seeking a highly skilled and people-oriented
HR Manager
to lead and manage the human resources functions of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives, managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.
Foster a positive working environment and promote organizational values.
Manage HR team members (if applicable) and oversee daily HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
