Manage the end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management:
Organize and monitor performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
HR Compliance:
Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to organizational strategy through workforce planning and HR insights.
HR Reporting:
Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, attendance, and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
