We are an established distributor for various materials which are used in facades industry with 20 years of experience . We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and streamline our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Work with management to support workforce planning and performance reviews.
Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience 2-3yrs in HR management or related HR roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and HR software.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
