We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources
department.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled technical
talent, including Wire Harness Technicians and QA Leads.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate
sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Labor Law & Compliance (Karnataka-specific):
Ensure the company's full compliance with all central and state labor laws, including
the Factories Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other relevant statutes
applicable in Karnataka.
Handle all statutory filings, reporting, and maintenance of legal registers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for government authorities and during labor
inspections.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting disciplinary
actions in a fair and legally compliant manner.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations:
Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee training and development
programs.
HR Strategy:
Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide expert HR advice and support to all department heads.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop
comprehensive L&D plans for technicians, engineers, and sales personnel.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs to ensure continuous
improvement.
Culture Development:
Champion and reinforce our company's cultural values through various initiatives and
communications - oversee the execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience: Proven 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, mandatorily within manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry.
Expertise in Labor Laws: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements, specifically for the state of Karnataka.
Recruitment Acumen: Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and specialized roles.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ethics: A high degree of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
