Onboarding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
Conduct new employee orientation, including company policies, benefits, and introductions to the team.
Manage paperwork and necessary documentation for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and managers.
Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
Answer questions regarding benefits plans and eligibility.
Maintain accurate employee benefits records.
Compliance:
Stay updated on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
