Title - HR Manager

Reporting to - VP - HR

Location - Bengaluru (Onsite)

The role



We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

As Manager - HR one must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities



? Developing and implementing human resources policies.

? Supporting strategic objectives.

? Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.

? Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

? Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.

? Motivating and supporting current staff.

? Maintaining staff records.

? Handling employee benefits.

? Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.

? Designing and directing training programs.

? Act to support the team in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

? Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

? Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Key skills and experience required



? Proven experience as Manager - HR

? MBA / PGDHRM in human resources, business administration or relevant

? Full understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives

? Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

? Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

? A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

? Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

? Excellent organisational and leadership skills

? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

? Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
