Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Manager

to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in HR best practices within technology-driven workplaces.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in Product Engineering, AI, and DataOps. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with our innovation-driven culture.

Employee Engagement & Retention



Lead engagement programs to enhance motivation, satisfaction, and retention. Champion well-being programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and leadership development. Work with leadership to establish career growth roadmaps for employees.

Performance Management & L&D



Oversee structured performance management frameworks with regular feedback loops. Implement learning & development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance



Design and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry best practices, and HR policies.

HR Technology, Analytics & Innovation



Implement HRMS tools to streamline operations and enhance employee experience. Drive HR analytics for workforce planning, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Leverage GenAI to drive automation and efficiency in HR processes.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of HR best practices in tech-driven workplaces. Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.). In-depth knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic HR skills. Ability to thrive in an agile, high-growth, and innovation-driven environment. Strong ownership mindset with a continuous learning attitude.

Qualifications



Experience:

10-15 years in HR leadership roles.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Pay: ?86,388.98 - ?122,240.81 per month
