We are looking for a

dynamic HR Manager

to join our team in Bangalore and take charge of core HR functions including

attendance, payroll, performance, and compliance

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

attendance and leave policies

, ensuring accurate time tracking and reporting. Oversee

payroll processing and salary disbursement

in coordination with accounts. Implement and monitor

performance management systems

(KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles). Drive

employee engagement initiatives

and grievance redressal. Maintain statutory compliance related to

PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws

. Coordinate

hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities

with department heads. Monitor

daily tasks and productivity tracking systems

for employees. Partner with leadership to align HR practices with

business goals

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in

Human Resource Management / MBA-HR

or equivalent.

6+ years of experience

in HR with proven expertise in

attendance, payroll, and performance management

. Strong knowledge of

HR statutory compliance

and labor laws. Hands-on experience with

HRMS/payroll software

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, growing organization
