Experience- 1-5 Years
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment (job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding).
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
3. HR Policies and Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Maintain and update employee handbook.
4. Performance Management
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching.
Identify training needs and recommend development programs.
5. Compensation and Benefits
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
Evaluate compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
6. HR Systems and Data Management
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership.
Ensure data privacy and HR documentation compliance.
