We're excited to invite applications for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore - Whitefield

.

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield

Work Mode: On-site (WFO, 5 days/week)

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Experience Required: 6-8 years

Salary: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters & HR documentation Manage background checks & pre-joining formalities Oversee onboarding & employee induction Maintain employee records and personal files Handle payroll processing, salary revisions & statutory deductions Track attendance & leave for payroll accuracy Support confirmations, promotions & internal transfersAddress employee grievances & ensure timely resolution Conduct exit formalities & final settlements Support performance appraisals & evaluation data Drive employee engagement and welfare activities Maintain HR MIS and audit-ready documentation Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Experience with Malaysia & Singapore HR processes is a plus!
