Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Monitor employee performance and organize performance reviews.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Plan employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience (1+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
