Position: HR Manager
We are in search of a
dedicated and experienced HR professional
to lead our Human Resources function with a hands-on approach and strategic mindset. This is an
immediate-filling position
, and we are looking for someone who is passionate, reliable, and ready to take ownership of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and exit formalities
Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated and high-performing workplace
Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal standards
Utilize
GreytHR
for accurate payroll processing, leave and attendance management, and statutory reporting
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and design development plans
Maintain HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Monitor disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and grievance handling professionally
Ensure legal compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory components
Manage audits, records, and all internal HR documentation with high accuracy
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience
: 8+ years in HR with a
proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
Educational Qualification
: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management with Graduation in engineering.
HR Technology Proficiency
:
Mandatory expertise in using GreytHR
Experience working with other HR Tech platforms (HRMS, HRIS, ATS) is a strong advantage
Communication
: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Leadership
: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities
Work Ethic
: High level of
dedication, ownership, and a result-driven approach

Great to Have
Experience in handling HR operations for
manufacturing units
Exposure to
ISO or quality-compliant environments
Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi for better shop-floor interaction
