Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain and manage payroll, attendance, and leave records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training programs
Promote a healthy, productive, and engaging work environment
Maintain HR documentation and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR management (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in HR software and MS Office
