Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain
HR policies
, procedures, and best practices.
Work closely with the
founder
to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Lead
recruitment and onboarding
processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage
payroll
,
PF
,
ESI
,
gratuity
, and all
statutory compliances
.
Ensure proper
employee documentation
and maintain HR records.
Oversee
performance management
, reviews, and employee development.
Handle
employee relations
,
grievance resolution
, and
disciplinary actions
.
Support in
organizational planning
, change management, and internal structuring.
Drive initiatives related to
employee engagement
, culture-building, and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role.
Strong understanding of
Indian labor laws
and compliance.
Experience handling
payroll and statutory obligations
.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
