Role Overview:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to lead our human resources function and help shape the culture and structure of the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the

founder and leadership team

to build strong HR frameworks, ensure compliance, and foster a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and maintain

HR policies

, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with the

founder

to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Lead

recruitment and onboarding

processes to attract and retain top talent. Manage

payroll

,

PF

,

ESI

,

gratuity

, and all

statutory compliances

. Ensure proper

employee documentation

and maintain HR records. Oversee

performance management

, reviews, and employee development. Handle

employee relations

,

grievance resolution

, and

disciplinary actions

. Support in

organizational planning

, change management, and internal structuring. Drive initiatives related to

employee engagement

, culture-building, and retention.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role. Strong understanding of

Indian labor laws

and compliance. Experience handling

payroll and statutory obligations

. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
