Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including India and US operations, policies, and programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with employment laws. This role reports directly to the CPO.

Key Responsibilities:





Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Guide the TA division with forecasting and retention strategies along with employee mapping and succession planning. Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance management system. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Manage onboarding to exit processes and ensure smooth transitions and capture insights for continuous improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and drive employee engagements independently. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and the company.

Requirements:





Proven experience as an HR manager for 9 to 15 years or other senior HR/ HRBP role Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and advance reporting. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices of the industry, (preferably IT and consulting industry) Degree in Human Resources or related field with HR certifications is preferred. * Looking only for immediate joiners and ready to work from office mode.
