Designation: HR Manager

Experience: 4-10 years

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and compliance.

Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory deductions.

Statutory Compliance:

Manage Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT)

compliances.

Filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns related to PF, ESIC, and PT.

Handle inspections, audits, and liaise with statutory authorities as needed.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain up-to-date employee records related to payroll and compliance.

Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory checks.

Employee Queries & Support:

Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, PF, ESIC, and other benefits.

Educate employees on statutory benefits and deductions.

Process Improvement:

Streamline payroll and compliance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Stay updated with the latest statutory changes and ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.

Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and related laws.

Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
