Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end HR management across all functions.
Handle statutory compliance and labor law adherence.
Manage recruitment lifecycle, especially for blue-collar and frontline roles.
Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Act as an HR Business Partner to operational teams.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR systems.
Ensure coordination across departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or MBA in HR or related field.
4 to 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics or manpower-heavy industries.
Strong experience in blue-collar hiring (delivery boys, warehouse operations).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual proficiency in
English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu

Solid knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR systems.
