You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving recruitment initiatives, and supporting overall HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
Oversee HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools.
Proficiency in Telugu preferred.
