Design and execute recruitment strategies specific to the real estate sector
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future staffing needs
Use job portals, social media, and industry networks to source high-quality candidates
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism
Create and lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Conduct exit interviews and utilize insights for organizational improvements
3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems that align with business objectives
Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
Facilitate regular performance feedback and improvement strategies
4. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs in a timely and accurate manner
Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages
Review and recommend improvements to benefits offerings
5. Training & Development
Identify learning needs and implement relevant training programs
Organize in-house workshops, seminars, and external learning opportunities
Foster a continuous learning culture across departments
6. HR Policy & Compliance
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and real estate industry-specific regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee statutory compliance and audits
7. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HRIS systems and manage data integrity
Generate and present HR reports and analytics to leadership
Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, employee documentation, and other HR admin tasks
Key Skills
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
HR software proficiency (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, SAP, etc.)
Real estate industry HR experience is highly preferred
