Job Description

HR Manager - Factory Operations

Experience:

3-5 years (Manufacturing / Factory)

Salary:

?40,000 - ?50,000 per month

Location:

Reliance MET City, Jhajjar Road.

Responsible for managing HR operations for

100+ factory employees

building and leading the HR/CRM team, handling recruitment, compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act), attendance, and employee relations

Strong factory HR experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
