Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll, incentives, and statutory compliances
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Implement HR policies and hospital rules
Support training, performance appraisal, and staff development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (hospital experience preferred)
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
