Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
Handle payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and skill development programs.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
Support management in manpower planning and retention strategies.
Requirements:
MBA/PG in HR or related field.
5-8 years' experience in HR management (retail/jewellery preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
