2. Develop job descriptions for different roles and advertise them on various platforms.
3. Manage HR activities, including meetings, interviews, and scheduling.
4. Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
5. Handle the orientation process for new employees.
6. Assess training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
7. Maintain employee data for each department.
8. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
9. Manage the hiring processes for new employees.
10. Listen to employee complaints and ensure workplace safety.
11. Organize exit interviews to understand the reasons for resignations.
12. Able to write policies for company
