Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
in the factory.
Manage
recruitment, onboarding, and training
of staff and workers.
Maintain
attendance, leave, and payroll
in coordination with accounts.
Ensure
PF, ESI, and Factory Act
compliance and timely filings.
Manage
employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
.
Liaise with
labour departments and government officials
as needed.
Conduct
performance appraisals and employee engagement
activities.
Maintain
HR records, reports, and statutory documentation
.
Requirements
2-5 years
of HR experience in a
factory or manufacturing setup
.
Strong knowledge of
PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other labour laws
.
Good communication and people management skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
HRMS/Payroll systems
.
