Job Summary



We are hiring a

Factory HR Manager

to manage all human resource functions at our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of

recruitment, payroll, compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act), attendance, and labour relations

.

Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end HR operations

in the factory. Manage

recruitment, onboarding, and training

of staff and workers. Maintain

attendance, leave, and payroll

in coordination with accounts. Ensure

PF, ESI, and Factory Act

compliance and timely filings. Manage

employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

. Liaise with

labour departments and government officials

as needed. Conduct

performance appraisals and employee engagement

activities. Maintain

HR records, reports, and statutory documentation

.

Requirements



2-5 years

of HR experience in a

factory or manufacturing setup

. Strong knowledge of

PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other labour laws

. Good communication and people management skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and

HRMS/Payroll systems

.
