- HR Manager

Location: Jalgaon

Industry: Manufacturing

Reporting To: Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations for factory, office, and field staff

Workforce planning, recruitment & onboarding for plant and support roles

Manage attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and manpower deployment

Oversee payroll processing in coordination with accounts (ESI, PF, PT, TDS)

Ensure statutory and labour law compliance, including:

Factories Act

PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages

Labour law registers, inspections, and audits

Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Drive performance management systems (KRA/KPI) and appraisal cycles

Plan and execute training & development programs, including induction, skill training, and safety awareness

Coordinate with consultants, labour contractors, and government authorities

Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and compliance documentation

Support management in building organizational culture and people strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA / PG in HR or relevant qualification

5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and factory compliances

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Confident, mature, team-oriented, and solution-driven personality

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred

Experience handling an office workforce

Exposure to audits, inspections, and training programs

Organized, responsible, and people-friendly attitude

Proficient in Excel, Word, and HR documentation
