HR Manager

to lead our human resources strategy and operations. This role is key to shaping a dynamic, engaged, and high-performing team that supports our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition



Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments. Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Performance Management



Partner with department heads to identify performance gaps and implement coaching or improvement plans. Drive accountability and recognize high performance.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management



Oversee onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning programs. Ensure seamless exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing transitions. Maintain up-to-date employee records with high confidentiality.

4. Policy & Compliance



Regularly review and update HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and industry standards. Ensure compliance across all HR functions and audits.

5. Culture & Engagement



Champion initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Organize team-building activities and wellness programs. Act as a trusted advisor to resolve workplace conflicts and promote collaboration.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 2-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a dynamic retail, service, or automotive environment. Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and compensation design. Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
