Cali Freight Logistics is looking for an experienced HR Executive (5 years) to manage our company\'s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources, Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees. Responsibilities: -Candidate screening, interviewing and on-boarding -Partner with employees and leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote workforce. -Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention -Provide administrative support & Coordinating office activities. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. -Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Manage employees\' grievances Measure employee retention -Oversee daily operations of the HR department Requirements -Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Eligibility:- -Understanding of labour laws & employee regulations. -knowledge of HR functions and best practices. -Strong knowledge of hiring processes. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations -Familiarity with MS Office suite Excellent communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
