Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage the recruitment process including creating job descriptions, posting jobs,
reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, checking references,
sending offer letters.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover
rates, employee retention and attrition rates.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and
benefits, and organizing team building activities.
The main point of contact for employees with everyday questions regarding benefits,
health insurance and general questions. Communicate any changes within the
organization.
Provide coaching/guidance to employees and managers on a regular basis.

Administer the HR on boarding and off boarding process including The setup of all new
employees, conducting new hire orientation and new hire check-ins, conducting exit
interviews.
Responsible to keep the company in compliance and up to date with State labour laws.
Review and make recommendations for improvement of the organization's policies,
procedures and personnel matters for this location.
Work directly with managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on
personnel matters within their department.

Oversee the overall function of office management for the Head office-Jaipur.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment and Payroll
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an
extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best
Practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and writing skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Driven for results, inquisitive and execution-minded; able to translate the mission of
stakeholders into actionable plans.
Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
Basic knowledge of hiring portals like naukri.com, monster, LinkedIn etc. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
