About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource management within our fast-growing social networking platform company. The HR Manager will be responsible for

talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building

, ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

This role is critical in shaping a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles. Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.

Performance Management & Development

Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs. Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.

Policy & Compliance

Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Culture & Organizational Development

Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration. Support leadership in organizational design and change management.

Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration. Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

2+ years of proven experience

as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role. Experience in

IT/Software or startup environment

. Knowledge of

HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.)

. Exposure to

talent branding and employer branding strategies

. Strong knowledge of

HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance

. Experience in

recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management

. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
