We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Business Development. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help onboard new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial training sessions. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.
Business Development:

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. Assist in creating and refining business proposals and presentations. Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials. Help track and analyze key performance metrics and business performance indicators. Collaborate with the Business Development team to support client outreach and relationship management. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new business strategies and growth initiatives.
