Position Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

HR Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding). Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Employee Relations

Build and maintain positive employee relations. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Ensure smooth employee engagement and communication.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance appraisal systems. Work with managers to identify training needs and career development plans.

Policy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Training & Development

Organize employee training programs and workshops. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Manage payroll, leaves, and employee benefits. Benchmark compensation and benefits with industry standards.

Strategic HR

Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Lead HR initiatives that improve employee retention, culture, and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities. Proficient in HR software (HRMS/ATS systems) and MS Office.

Preferred Qualities



Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Experience in a

startup / fast-paced environment

is a plus.

Pay: ?8,000.36 - ?20,030.55 per month
