Job description

This role will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions across all the line of businesses (except RPO) for India offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore - to be based onsite in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations - Manage day to day operations including: Leave management, medical claims, and benefits administration (manual tracking), issuance of employment contracts and letters, work pass management, and pre/on-boarding and exit logistics processes and prepare new hire kit, and HR admin duties.
  • HR Business Partnering - Act as a Business Partner communicating and recommending strategies to Business Country Leaders, and coach and guide managers on employee issues, and manage complex situations around Attrition/Exits/Terminations.
  • Talent Management - Coordinate Performance Appraisal, Reward and Recognition program for employees contributing to organization success.
Professional Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements:
  • Minimum 6-10 years of HR experience with a global organization at managerial level. Experience of working in a professional service organization is preferred.
  • Well-versed with India Employment Law
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and well verse in Words & Excel
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, quality-driven, and resourceful.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Mature professional with good interpersonal skill who is able to work in a challenging environment with utmost confidentiality and trust
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO level and quickly establish credibility and respect with senior executive stakeholders is preferred.
