Job Description

We are hiring for our another unit-

Lectura Pack and Sales

. It is engaged in the import and export of products from international markets and operates through a structured pack and sales model. The company focuses on controlled operations, compliance, and scalable growth across multiple functions including marketing, finance, and sales.

Position Overview



The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, building a strong workforce, and supporting the company's growth through effective hiring, employee engagement, and HR governance.

Key Responsibilities



1. Core HR & Compliance



Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and exit management Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential data Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ethical work practices across the organization

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Lead bulk and lateral hiring across

Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions

Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles Successfully hired

at least 20+ employees department wise

in a private limited organization Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

3. Performance & Employee Management



Support performance management systems and appraisal processes Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture Drive discipline, attendance, and productivity standards Support management in workforce planning and organizational structuring

4. Communication & Coordination



Act as a bridge between management and employees Conduct HR induction, policy briefings, and internal communications Support management with HR reports, MIS, and compliance updates

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong knowledge of HR ethics, policies, and best practices Proven experience in hiring for Marketing, Finance, and Sales roles Experience working in a Private Limited organization Hands-on experience with complete HR lifecycle management

Language Requirements



Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Working knowledge of Malayalam (preferred)


Experience



Minimum

10 years of relevant HR experience

Prior experience in

fast-growing organizations, trading, distribution, or import-export sectors

will be an added advantage

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
