Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team; oversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Maternity Benefits, and other labour laws.
Supervise payroll, attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Lead performance appraisals, identify training needs, support HR planning, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR Management or related field.
8-15 years of HR experience, managing 200-300 employees.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR audits.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
