About the Role



We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive

HR Manager

to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the recruitment team, oversee all core HR operations, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership. This role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end HR processes, compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Recruitment



Lead, manage, and guide the recruitment team to ensure timely closures of positions. Draft, review, and update job descriptions when required. Handle salary negotiations and offers in alignment with company policies.

Core HR Operations



Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, induction, and exits. Oversee attendance management and leave records with accuracy. Ensure proper documentation of all employee records, contracts, and HR files. Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, promotion, experience, and relieving letters). Maintain and update the HR portal with accurate employee data.

Employee Engagement & Development



Design and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture. Implement performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback sessions. Work closely with department heads to support employee growth and retention.

Compliance & Strategy



Ensure all HR practices comply with statutory requirements. Contribute to HR strategy and policies aligned with organizational goals. Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of experience in HR management with proven leadership in core HR functions. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR portals. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
