Role Description
This remote internship position is for an aspiring Human Resources Manager who will assist in supporting and executing HR initiatives across the organization. The intern will collaborate with HR leadership and cross functional teams to contribute to organizational development and a positive work culture.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation and implementation of HR strategies and processes
  • Managing and coordinating recruitment cycles (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Assisting with training and development program planning
  • Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Helping with employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives
  • Participating in HR analytics tasks such as tracking recruitment metrics and employee feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with internal HR guidelines and relevant labor regulations
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Providing general HR administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate onboarding, training programs, and engagement activities
  • Proficiency in HR management tools (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and general office software
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards (a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field preferred
