Design and manage performance appraisal systems.

6. Payroll & Compliance
Oversee
payroll processing
, leave, and attendance management.
Manage statutory compliances including
ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Annual Returns

Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and maintain accurate HR documentation.
7. HR Policies & Tools
Develop and update company
HR policies
and procedures.
Implement and manage
HRMS tools
for efficient HR operations.
Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking HR practices with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role (5+ years).
Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in
payroll management
, attendance, and leave systems.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS tools and recruitment platforms

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
Must be
comfortable working in a start-up mode

build HR protocols and processes
from the ground up.
