Role Summary



We are looking for an experienced

HR Operations professional

to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

end-to-end HR Operations

including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities. Handle

payroll coordination

, attendance, leave management, and HRIS. Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

(PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act). Draft, implement, and update

HR policies & SOPs

. Manage

employee relations

, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate

performance management system (PMS)

and appraisal cycles. Support

recruitment activities

and workforce planning as required. Conduct

HR audits

and maintain accurate employee records. Drive

employee engagement initiatives

and HR communications. Act as a point of contact between management and employees. Support training & development initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of

HR Operations & Compliance

Good understanding of

Indian labor laws

Experience with

HRMS / Payroll systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
