Role Overview
We are looking for a
senior HR leader
with strong hands-on ownership across
HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration
in an IT / Software / Product company. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy, policies, and execution with business growth objectives, while ensuring a strong employee and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own the
entire HR & Admin portfolio
of the organization
Partner with the
CEO
on HR strategy aligned to growth and business plans
Design, implement, and publish HR policies, processes, and frameworks
Ensure workforce capability, compliance, and motivation through structured HR practices
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
, ensuring right talent and strong candidate experience
Manage performance management cycles and appraisal processes with business leaders
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and insurance processes
Maintain HR master data and generate regular MIS and leadership reports
Drive employee engagement, training, and organization development initiatives
Handle exits and offboarding smoothly and compliantly
Support administration and statutory compliance where applicable

10+ years of HR experience in IT / Software organizations
Strong strategic and execution-oriented HR mindset
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence
Willingness to stretch during peak periods
Ability to think beyond standard HR playbooks and bring practical solutions
