Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for all departments
Manage
onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Implement and monitor company HR policies, rules, and discipline
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Track performance, KPIs, targets, and support performance review processes
Ensure policy compliance
and maintain office discipline
Conduct
employee engagement activities
to reduce attrition
Coordinate
training and development
programs
Prepare
HR MIS reports
and submit updates to management
Support management in
policy making, process improvement, and audits
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
HR operations and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure, targets, and multiple tasks
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Experience in digital marketing / IT / service industry
preferred
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum
2+ years of relevant HR experience
Experience in handling all HR-related work independently
