Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Coordinate with department heads for hiring and workforce needs
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit process
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
Handle performance appraisal and increment process
Plan and execute training & development programs
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and reports
Promote positive work culture and employee engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling HR operations independently
Ability to work with senior management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
